Tesco’s sassy responses to customer complaints have cracked me up recently and gotten the social sphere buzzing. Taco Bell seems to be the latest brand to take this social media response approach and I drew the parallel on Twitter (tagging Tesco) after one of my followers, Cass, shared a link to the Texas Humor/Taco Bell convo. Tesco may be UK based, but they threw me a bone, too, and responded as snarky as ever. I’m wicked proud, sista.
